How we work

From a Product Brief to Finished Knitwear

The workflow stays focused on three buyer priorities: quality, timing and consistent execution. Each style is reviewed individually, so materials, techniques and checkpoints can be adjusted to the confirmed project.

  1. Review the brief

We review the reference image, tech pack, sample, measurements and intended use before suggesting a workable route.

  2. Recommend materials and construction

Yarn direction, gauge, stitch or construction, handfeel and size approach are discussed style by style.

  3. Prepare yarn and technical data

After the direction is confirmed, yarn is arranged and prepared for stable feeding. Swatches, shrinkage checks, measurements and machine-ready technical data are developed as needed.

  4. Knit, assemble and finish

Garment panels are knitted, relevant craft details are completed, and the pieces move through linking, thread finishing and steam setting as required.

  5. Measure, inspect and pack

Finished measurements, workmanship, labels and packing details are checked against the confirmed project requirements before shipment.
