One coordinated route

Build the brand around the garment

Private label knitwear works best when product development, brand identity and delivery presentation are planned as one controlled program.

01

Garment development

Yarn, stitch, gauge, fit and finishing are developed as the foundation of the private label program.

02

Brand identity

Woven labels, care and size labels, hangtags and suitable trims are aligned with the approved garment.

03

Delivery presentation

Packaging, polybag details and carton marks are reviewed for the order and destination requirements.

Brand presentation

Private Label Knitwear Options

Options are reviewed against the garment order, supplier feasibility and the buyer’s market requirements.

Main Woven Label

Brand label dimensions, artwork, color and placement are confirmed before ordering.

Care and Size Labels

Fiber content, care instructions, size and destination-market labeling details must be supplied or approved by the buyer.

Hangtags and Barcodes

Artwork, paper direction, barcode data and attachment method are reviewed with the order.

Packaging and Carton Marks

Polybags, printed packaging, carton marks and export packing details can be coordinated where feasible.

Label and hangtag policy

Integrated with knitwear, not sold separately

As a specialist custom knitwear manufacturer and OEM/ODM sweater factory in Shantou, China, TYKNIT coordinates neck labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging as part of a private label knitwear program. These components are not sold separately.

01

Selected standard directions

Suitable knitwear programs using selected standard label or hangtag directions generally start from 200 garment pieces, subject to component availability and project review.

02

Fully customized label programs

Fully customized labels and hangtags generally require 1,000 pieces per approved design and specification. Actual supplier minimums depend on material, size, colors, finish and attachment method.

03

Customer-specific stock

After artwork approval and payment, customer-specific finished stock is allocated exclusively to that customer. It can be applied to TYKNIT knitwear production, shipped with the related bulk order or held for an agreed follow-up program.

04

Twelve-month replenishment support

By prior agreement, remaining stock can be held for up to 12 months for compatible replenishment or future knitwear styles. Before the period ends, quantity, reuse, shipment or other handling is reconfirmed with the buyer.

These are general planning points, not automatic order acceptance. Final quantities, supplier terms, stock records and storage arrangements are confirmed in the quotation or order. The buyer supplies or approves final label information for the destination market. Customer-provided trademarks and artwork remain under the customer’s control. TYKNIT uses them only in accordance with the project requirements approved by the customer.

Approval checkpoints

From product brief to branded bulk order

Garment and branding decisions move through separate checks, then join in the approved production specification.

  1. 01

    Define the garment brief

Share the style reference or tech pack, yarn direction, quantity, target market and intended brand presentation.

  2. 02

    Develop and approve the sample

The garment construction, measurements, hand feel and finishing are confirmed before bulk production planning.

  3. 03

    Lock branding details

Approve artwork, dimensions, placement, materials, attachment method and any supplier-specific setup requirements.

  4. 04

    Handoff to bulk production

Approved garment and branding specifications move together into production, inspection and packing checkpoints.

Manufacturing trust

Branding follows the approved garment

TYKNIT remains responsible for knitwear development and manufacturing. Suitable labels, trims and packaging are coordinated around the approved product and the buyer’s project requirements.
