Garment development
Yarn, stitch, gauge, fit and finishing are developed as the foundation of the private label program.
Private Label & Packaging
TYKNIT is a private label knitwear manufacturer coordinating custom sweater development, labels, hangtags, brand packaging and selected trims through one production route.
One coordinated route
Private label knitwear works best when product development, brand identity and delivery presentation are planned as one controlled program.
Yarn, stitch, gauge, fit and finishing are developed as the foundation of the private label program.
Woven labels, care and size labels, hangtags and suitable trims are aligned with the approved garment.
Packaging, polybag details and carton marks are reviewed for the order and destination requirements.

Label and hangtag policy
As a specialist custom knitwear manufacturer and OEM/ODM sweater factory in Shantou, China, TYKNIT coordinates neck labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging as part of a private label knitwear program. These components are not sold separately.
Suitable knitwear programs using selected standard label or hangtag directions generally start from 200 garment pieces, subject to component availability and project review.
Fully customized labels and hangtags generally require 1,000 pieces per approved design and specification. Actual supplier minimums depend on material, size, colors, finish and attachment method.
After artwork approval and payment, customer-specific finished stock is allocated exclusively to that customer. It can be applied to TYKNIT knitwear production, shipped with the related bulk order or held for an agreed follow-up program.
By prior agreement, remaining stock can be held for up to 12 months for compatible replenishment or future knitwear styles. Before the period ends, quantity, reuse, shipment or other handling is reconfirmed with the buyer.
These are general planning points, not automatic order acceptance. Final quantities, supplier terms, stock records and storage arrangements are confirmed in the quotation or order. The buyer supplies or approves final label information for the destination market. Customer-provided trademarks and artwork remain under the customer’s control. TYKNIT uses them only in accordance with the project requirements approved by the customer.
