What buyers can review

Material coordination

Yarn, color cards and material direction are reviewed against style, target market, season and buyer budget.

Labels and trims

Brand labels, care labels, hangtags, buttons, drawstrings and trims can be coordinated after buyer approval.

Packaging and carton marks

Polybags, cartons, sticker marks and packing details can be prepared for repeatable export communication.

Practical limits

Partner resources depend on order needs, material availability, quantity and schedule, so details are confirmed before bulk.

Production responsibility

One TYKNIT-managed workflow, with clear production boundaries.

Core factory operations

Computerized flat knitting is carried out on our own 3GG–12GG machines. Linking, finishing, final quality inspection and packing are managed through the TYKNIT factory workflow.

Approved local resources

Hand crochet, selected embroidery or decorative work, and approved capacity support may be coordinated through vetted local production resources when a project requires it.

TYKNIT remains accountable

We retain responsibility for technical requirements, scheduling, in-process checks, final QC and shipment coordination, whether a step is completed in-house or through an approved resource.
