TYKNIT uses 60 computerized flat knitting machines to manufacture custom sweaters and knitwear from fine to chunky gauges. We manufacture knitwear and do not sell knitting machines. With 13 years of production experience, we support fashion brands, private labels, wholesalers and e-commerce sellers with OEM, ODM, sample development and bulk production.

Core factory operations

Computerized flat knitting is carried out on our own 3GG–12GG machines. Linking, finishing, final quality inspection and packing are managed through the TYKNIT factory workflow.

Approved local resources

Hand crochet, selected embroidery or decorative work, and approved capacity support may be coordinated through vetted local production resources when a project requires it.

TYKNIT remains accountable

We retain responsibility for technical requirements, scheduling, in-process checks, final QC and shipment coordination, whether a step is completed in-house or through an approved resource.
